This free download product is for upgrade to CKEditor 3.6 which is released in May 2011. Tested and Compatible with Zen-Cart 1.3.9. May also work with 1.3.8 but not tested.
The _samples, _source, the v2 and office2003 skins are removed from original CKEditor release to save sizes. You may want to remove some plugins from the archive.
